- To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Engineer as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
- To carry out standing supervision as PE assignee as required under the Railway Protection Act during lifting operation
- Contract period is 9 month to cover the construction of an chinese temple at Plantation Crescent
- Contract start date: Sep 2025
- Only 1 RE position to be filled
Remunerations:
- 1.5 months of gratuity (inclusive of AWS) will be provided upon completion of project
- Overtime is claimable, but overtime works shall be limited due to nearby residentail estates
Job Requirements:
- With valid RE certificate issued by IES
- Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
