About the role:
- Supervise and inspect site works to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on technical matters.
- Maintain proper site records including site reports, inspection checklists, and progress updates.
- Report and document any non-conformances or safety violations.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related problems.
- Ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and project timeline.
About you:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Registered RTO with BCA / IES / ACES.
- Possess the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS) is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision of building projects in Singapore.
- Prior experience supervising HDB/BTO projects is required.
- Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
