Job Description - Retail Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure smooth operations of all retail outlets
- Forecast and monitor sales performance of all outlets, and ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Identify market trends and implement in-store
- Optimise resources, monitor and ensure team hits individual and store sales target
- Lead team to provide customer service excellence and uphold company’s image at all times
- Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures
- Perform inventory control and analysis for all retail outlets
- Responsible for training and development of staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail industry
- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong passion for customer service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to organise, prioritise, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A strong leader who is proactive, quality conscious and results-driven
- Possess mentorship skills to groom and motivate the team
