Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the selection of products
- Explain promotions and service package to customers
- Cross sell products to customers
- Assist in maintaining the overall presentation of the shop
- Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and requirements
- Perform retail operations duties including cashiering, shop merchandising and upkeeping
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE “O” level or equivalent
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and Public Holiday
- Pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good spoken English
- Prior Retail experience, F&B and wine knowledge will be an advantage
