Purpose:
Reporting to the Retail Lead:
Retail Training & Development
This role supports retail growth and increases profitability by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the entire retail organization. This includes ensuring successful execution of all training initiatives that support foundational and growth objectives for the market.
Key Account Management
Wholesale - Lead the formulation and implementation of customer business strategies to achieve sustained profitable growth and market-right positioning of the brands within the area of responsibility.
DTC SIS Channel - Lead and motivate Store teams in achieving their sales target, retail KPIs and ensures that brand values are consistently reflected across all the stores.
Responsibilities:
Retail Training & Development
- Strategy & Collaboration: Develop and execute a local Learning and Development Strategy in collaboration with regional/global partners, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals. Work with HR and Recruiting to build a comprehensive talent agenda for local Retail.
- Training Execution & Deployment: Drive the implementation and rollout of the market's training plan, including identifying needs, managing content delivery, and ensuring effective new store opening training, 'train the trainer' programs, and comprehensive onboarding for all new team members.
- Content & Efficacy: Localize regional programs while maintaining integrity, identify training needs in collaboration with various teams, and continuously evaluate training effectiveness to recommend improvements. Facilitate engaging training sessions and assess retail team selling skills through various methods (e.g., observation, mystery shopping, commercial results).
- Platform Management: Oversee the E-Learning Platform to optimize retail team engagement.
Wholesale Account Management
- Drive annual sell-in revenue targets for wholesale accounts, aligning with financial plans.
- Analyze partner sell-through performance and provide strategic and operational guidance for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients to foster mutual trust and growth.
- Actively seek and develop opportunities with new potential wholesale partners.
DTC SIS Account Management
- Analyze business and create action plans to address identified sales/execution opportunities, integrating store visit observations and weekly store level sales results.
- Train the retail team members on selling and product knowledge. Coach the Store Managers on store KPI insight, action planning and flawless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields, combining:
- Retail Training & Development: Proven ability to design and deliver customized training programs within a complex business environment, preferably retail.
- Wholesale Sales/Key Account Management: Experience in merchandise planning, implementing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated understanding of retail KPIs and business drivers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- A natural ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders (partners, teams, leadership).
- Proven ability to analyze performance data (e.g., sell-through) and translate business needs into actionable strategies and training initiatives.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Highly collaborative, yet capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Dedicated to providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
