Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and test RMA devices per Engineer’s instructions.
- Support remote access requests and ad-hoc tasks like instrument upgrades.
- Handle hardware orders, debugging, repairs, and assembly of new instruments.
- Coordinate equipment relocation and perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
- Manage RMA bench setup, utilization, and inventory control.
- Maintain lab equipment and compile testing reports.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication with clear information delivery.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and applications.
- Proficient in using electronic test equipment (Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, etc.).
- Skilled in lab management, maintenance, calibration, and equipment upkeep.
- Proactive team player with a teachable attitude and problem-solving mindset.
