What you will be working on
- Direct and monitor safety initiatives
- Conduct inspections and audits
- Investigate incidents and near-misses
- Organise safety workshops and seminars
- Identify and assess safety hazards
- Strengthen safety systems
- Conduct trend analysis and track safety violations
- Monitor maintenance practices and update safety committee
- Follow up on safety breaches and document best practices

- Managing high-volume maintenance activities
- Travelling to various camps
What we are looking for
- Experience in safety
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Safety assessment expertise
- Technical knowledge in workshop operations environments, armoured track vehicles
