Responsibilities
- Issue and Handle invoices, data entry, filling, and replying email enquiries
- Handles all necessary insurance documentation and processing
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Liaise with Banks for customer loan status
- Handling of Floor stock financing facility
- Assist the team in the daily operational routine.
- Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned
- Assist management with ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Entry Level is welcome to apply.
