Main Responsibilities
- To provide general administration duties and support for the Sales Department.
- Ensures the smooth flow of inter-departmental information so that support services can be provided to Sales Department.
- Ensures that the filing of contracts, processing of reservations and new business leads are accurate and efficient.
- To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating site inspections with potential clients.
- Attend site inspection and entertainment when required.
- Responsible for month-end report submission and any other ad-hoc reports.
- All other matters related to Sales Department when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma holder.
- Possess initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confident, energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Good customer service skills and relationship management skills
- MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
