Main Responsibilities

  • To provide general administration duties and support for the Sales Department.
  • Ensures the smooth flow of inter-departmental information so that support services can be provided to Sales Department.
  • Ensures that the filing of contracts, processing of reservations and new business leads are accurate and efficient.
  • To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating site inspections with potential clients.
  • Attend site inspection and entertainment when required.
  • Responsible for month-end report submission and any other ad-hoc reports.
  • All other matters related to Sales Department when required.


Requirements

  • Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma holder.
  • Possess initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Confident, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
  • Good customer service skills and relationship management skills
  • MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
