Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Analyst to support our sales team through accurate reporting, forecasting, and data insights. The ideal candidate will analyze sales trends, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to support inventory planning and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to support crossfunctional initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales KPIs and incentive plans.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Customer Relationship Management and sales reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Any other duties as assigned by your line manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (eg: pivot table).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
