Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and tech-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our team!
You will be responsible for selling mobile accessories , SIM cards , and providing excellent customer service at our retail outlet.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection
- Promote and sell SIM cards and mobile accessories (chargers, cases, earphones, etc.)
- Provide product demonstrations and explain usage features
- Assist with SIM card activation and registration
- Maintain product displays and inventory stock levels
- Process transactions via POS system accurately
- Keep the store tidy and organized at all times
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions (e.g., bundle deals, limited-time offers)
Requirements
- Prior retail or telco sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and accessories
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with initiative and responsibility
