Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Consumer Sales Manager with routine tasks, including customer communication, capturing client requirements, and payment follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels
- Organize and execute product deliveries in accordance with predefined routes and schedules
- Ensure goods are properly stored, handled, and maintained within warehouse facilities
- Monitor and coordinate regular maintenance of delivery vehicles
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English , with the ability to engage professionally with external clients
- High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or related fields is preferred
- Valid Class 3 / 3A driving license to drive a van/lorry
