We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & BD Asst. Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts across Singapore , Malaysia , and Indonesia . This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact surveillance solutions.
Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently to demonstrate product capabilities.
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using i-PRO’s product portfolio.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor sales specialist, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate closely with the SE-team to develop A&E specifications for large-scale tenders and projects.
Technical Engagement:
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide hands-on support for installation and commissioning when needed.
Requirement :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IP video surveillance.
- Proven hands-on experience with installation and commissioning.
- Ability to independently conduct POCs and technical evaluations.
- Strong communication skills; fluent speaker with excellent presentation abilities.
- A proactive problem solver and go-getter with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience working with multinational manufacturers or global system integrators.
- Preferably with relevant sales and BD experience in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia markets.
