We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales and Business Development Professional to accelerate our growth. In this role, you’ll hunt for new opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Electronics Manufacturers (CEMs), and end-user clients — and turn them into long-term partnerships that exceed our sales targets.
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new customers through cold calls, strategic outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build Influence: Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure new contracts and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Deliver Excellence: Partner with internal teams to quickly resolve operational issues and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for every customer.
Requirements:
- Personality & Communication: Outgoing, confident, and professional, with strong communication skills, logical thinking, and a positive, can-do attitude; able to perform well under pressure.
- Self-Driven: Highly motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to independently develop customers and grow business opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or engineering, preferably within a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and confident in preparing and delivering presentations.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel locally and overseas for sales activities.
- Availability: Able to commence work at short notice.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
- Industry Network: Possess an established network with OEMs, EMS, CEMs, or product owners.
- Mobility Advantage: Having a personal vehicle is beneficial for roles requiring travel flexibility.
