Your contribution to the team includes:
- Achieve sales and other key business targets.
- Demonstrate professional high-quality service.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide professional skin-care counselling to clients.
- Be familiar with the products and services and make recommendations based on the client’s needs (training will be provided).
- Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Handle customer’s feedback.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
You should have:
- Minimum (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent
- Strong aptitude in promotional techniques - without hard selling
- Result driven and service oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Able to handle service & sales orientated environment
- Able to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate who has beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns
