- Handle sales equires through on line channels / email and phone
- To support Sales Team in coordinating with daily job flow
- Process Purchase Order, prepare invoices and generate Delivery Order upon receipt of confirmed sales order
- Monitor and follow up sales quotations and orders
- Maintain proper filing of documentation and generating monthly reports
- Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Minium GCE 'O' Level
- PC lierate and proficiency in MS Office
- Able to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Preferably can join immediately or within short notice
- 5 days work week
- Transport provided at Jurong East and Woodlands MRT station
