BestinBrands is specialized in distributing, marketing and developing international brands in Bangladesh with a proven track record since 2000.
The mission of BestinBrands is to connect Bangladeshi consumers to international brands by constantly diversifying and curating new brands and products. We have a total workforce of 350 persons based in Dhaka (including 25 persons under the marketing team) and the team in Singapore is composed of 19 persons.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-focused and proactive Junior Sales Data Analyst to support our Marketing and Operations teams. You’ll mine and manage a variety of sales and supply chain data, uncover performance trends, build reports, and contribute to strategy-driven insights—helping boost efficiency, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management
- Gather and develop data pipelines for sales and supply chain data from CRM systems, ERP databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.
- Clean, validate, and maintain high data integrity in databases, reports and dashboards.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse sales and supply chain metrics—volume, revenue, product segments—to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce regular dashboard updates and visualizations in Power BI, sales reports and executive summaries in Excel.
- Forecasting & Trend Identification
- Highlight anomalies and recommend data-driven countermeasures.
- Process Enhancement
- Automate routine data collection and reporting tasks.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Marketing, Supply Chain and IT teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements and improve existing processes.
- Translate analytic findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential Technical Skills
- Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas creation, data cleaning, macros, powerQuery).
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data tasks and automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize analytics workflows.
Analytical Expertise
- Strong foundation in descriptive statistics and exploratory data analysis.
- Ability to identify patterns, trends, and performance anomalies.
Business Domain Acumen
- Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline stages, KPIs, and CRM operations.
- Able to connect data insights to commercial impact.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to craft concise, data-led stories.
- Meticulous attention to detail; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaborative mindset, thrive in a cross-cultural team and willingness to support cross-team initiatives.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
