The South-East Asia Channel Sales team seeks an outstanding professional to lead the Data & Insight team. The team enables strategic business decisions by running in-depth data analysis and delivering state-of-the-art analytics and reporting solutions. Description

-Lead and develop a team of data analysts based in Singapore, providing guidance, support and mentorship -Define strategy & vision for the Data & Insight team in the areas of analytics, reporting and AIML -Act as business partner to Sales leaders; engage regularly to understand opportunities and challenges -Form a deep understanding of Apple Sales business, and support business decisions by translating complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies -Supervise or directly manage projects to create new reports and dashboards supporting the business, or roll-out WW reporting solutions in our region -Develop partnership with Apple IT team and keep on point on latest in-house technology -Define South-East Asia Sales AIML roadmap and build up capabilities within the team -Act as a liaison with WW Data & Insight teams to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing -Own and manage portfolio of data management and sales ops processes run by the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods industry, ideally in the consumer electronics industry
• 12+ years of experience in data & insight, reporting, data analysis, business intelligence or similar positions - with 5+ years in a manager position
• Extensive data management skills, including but not limited to data analysis, data modeling, database management, data governance, and proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel or Tableau
• Solid business acumen, with proven ability to understand various business situations effectively and make sound judgments and decisions
• Passion for phenomenal work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a proven track record to influence both internal and external partners to drive the work forward
• Ability to prioritize, plan, delegate and implement strategies, programs and projects successfully
• Proven people management skills, building capabilities of individuals and team through effective employee development, involvement, communication and mentorship
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UI/UX development, including data visualisation design
• Experience with programming/scripting languages, such as Python
General understanding of the machine learning stack
