Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and manage key customer accounts
- Follow up on quotations and work towards securing new orders
- Provide prompt and practical solutions to meet customer enquiries
- Review contracts and ensure they align with quotation terms and capabilities
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Visit customers and deliver product or solution presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams on technical issues and requests
- Compile and submit regular reports on sales activity and performance
- Handle additional duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in precision/engineering field, able to read engineering drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP system experience is an added advantage
