Jobs & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain existing customers' accounts and resourceful in developing new accounts.
2. Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide technical solutions to clients.
3. Compiling and review contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customer's enquiries.
4. Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
5. Work closely among inter-departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
6. Prepare monthly sales input / output and having keen interest and confident in pursuing sales targets.
7. Initiate and develop good customer service and rapport with customer and always to serve customer.
8. Analyse profit / loss projects and providing cost control and cost effectiveness strategy.
9. Participate the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices
1. Preferred to have NTC / Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering field or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 3 to 6 years relevant experience and proven track record in industrial sales and contract manufacturing industry.
3. Preference to be given to those with work experience in CNC Precision Engineering / Fabrication / Sheetmetal Industry.
4. Customer driven, result oriented, resourceful and independent.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven wih a strong achievement orientation.
6. Must possess class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
