We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key bridge between our company’s innovative products and the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include introducing new products, engaging directly with customers, and resolving technical issues on-site or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners) to introduce and promote new civil engineering products and solutions.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and hands-on guidance to ensure effective implementation.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to product application, installation, or performance.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid driving license (class 2/2A/2B/3/3A) and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
