Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities within the lift industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Conduct contracts negotiations, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide expert product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting in selecting the most suitable lift solution.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and regulations related to lifts and elevators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirement:
- Min 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience in Lift / Construction/ Building Automation/ Commercial & Industrial industry
- Possesses strong technical expertise and proven project management skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin as you are required to assist and work with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Can start work immediately or at a short notice
