Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG or HORECA sectors.
- Expand distribution channels and increase product penetration in key accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Resolve client issues and provide effective after-sales support.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management review.
- Provide reports to management with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
- Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
Promotions & Product Launches
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store/onsite promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customers
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and customer documentation. Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry. Experience in Export Sales will be an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with retail chains, F&B outlets, hotels, catering services, or related distribution networks. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
