Job Scope
- Promote international air and ocean freight services to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct cold calls and proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports detailing performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify potential clients and actively develop new accounts to expand the company’s customer base.
- Manage sales operations as well as daily logistics activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and enlarge targeted customer segments through strategic planning and lead generation.
- Ensure seamless freight services from initial pick-up to final delivery, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Sales or Logistics Manager.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management and other equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
