Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands distributors and customers base
- Meet regularly with stakeholders including project owners, consultants and contractors to grow long lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Plan and conduct product seminars, technical trainings, and promotional events on a regular basis
- Oversee partners and distributors to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
- Prepare and manage month-end sales reports and delivery quotas and year-end close processes Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Possess minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in electrical installation products
- Experienced in design and specification works within the building industry, including collaboration with consultants
