i) Main Scope:
- Assist the CEO in overseeing and managing the Sales Department.
ii) Sales Administration Activities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including the preparation of quotations, tenders, and related documents.
- Receive, verify, and process customer orders through internal coordination.
- Prepare marketing presentation materials and sample kits.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, distributor agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Compile and generate monthly sales reports.
- Channel customer feedback to the appropriate departments for action.
- Stay informed about new products and their features.
iii) Marketing Activities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, including monitoring and evaluation of their effectiveness.
- Manage and support e-commerce sales activities and initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
- Create compelling copy for marketing materials across various platforms (e.g., brochures, press releases, websites).
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic and conversion rates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs and communications.
- Plan and organize marketing events, including exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Marketing or Business or Architecture.
- Preferable 5 years’ relavant experience.
