Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Business Development Associate to support cross-functional initiatives in project coordination, market research, and stakeholder engagement across diverse industries including construction, healthcare, and technology.
This role is uniquely suited for a candidate with professional fluency in Korean and English to facilitate seamless communication between Korean-speaking stakeholders and local/international project teams. The successful candidate will be able to manage complex timelines, coordinate across different cultures, and identify growth opportunities in highly specialised sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects involving overseas and local partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Serve as the main liaison between Korean-speaking clients/design teams and English-speaking technical/operational teams, including professional translation and cultural adaptation of project materials.
- Monitor project schedules, resolve resource and workforce allocation conflicts, and source urgent materials or manpower to prevent delays.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and due diligence to identify new sales opportunities, research collaborations, and partnership potential.
- Assist in preparing and delivering business proposals, client presentations, and project reports.
- Support cross-border business development activities, including product demonstrations, technical visits, and client relationship management.
- Maintain and update project databases, reclassify historical records, and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
- Manage operational tasks such as supplier coordination, procurement, and inventory tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Finance/Wealth Management) or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal), essential for liaising with Korean-speaking clients and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with S&P Cap IQ, Canva, and database management systems (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments.

Work Location: Singapore (occasional short-term travel may be required)
