Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by leading sales initiatives and implementing effective marketing strategies for GreenGarden.
The role requires actively identifying and sourcing projects from procurement portals (e.g., GeBIZ, TenderBoard, Ariba, vendor e-portals), preparing submissions, and securing new contracts. The Executive will also build strong networks, generate leads through offline channels, and support branding efforts to strengthen GreenGarden’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial cleaning, landscape, and integrated facilities management (IFM) contracts.
- Actively source and monitor opportunities through procurement portals such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, Ariba, and other vendor platforms.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions in compliance with requirements.
- Follow up on leads, conduct client meetings, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
2. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Build and expand networks through industry events, associations, referrals, and cold-calling to generate new leads.
- Develop marketing collaterals (presentations, brochures, capability statements) to support offline business development activities.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to enhance GreenGarden’s visibility with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support CSR and sustainability initiatives as part of the company’s brand identity (secondary focus).
3. Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Track and analyze win/loss ratios of tender submissions, providing insights to improve future bids.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and marketing effectiveness.
- Offer insights and recommendations to strengthen offline sales strategies and relationship-building efforts.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries, feedback, and service satisfaction.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
