Job Description
- Manage and grow retail, distributor, and e-commerce accounts (Shopee, Lazada & Tik Tok)
- Handle new product registration, listings, trade promotions, and support sell-in/sell-out activities
- Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok (posting, scheduling, community engagement)
- Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to run campaigns and product launches
- Maintain product listings and support platform campaigns on online stores
- Track marketing and sales performance; provide reports and insights
- Support market research, youth perception studies, and sampling activations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (FMCG/consumer brands preferred)
- Hands-on experience with social media content creation and platform management
- Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin and Malay-speaking clients
- Self-motivated, creative, and organized
- Bonus if familiar with Canva, CapCut, Shopee Seller Centre, or digital ad platforms
