We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in the energy sector . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in energy/ oil & gas/ marine industries and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to expand market share and meet business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales processes.
- Oversee marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and brand promotion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy/ oil & gas/ marine sectors.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing management.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Possess own vehicle for client visits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
