Key Responsibilities:
- Stock, display, and rotate products on shelves according to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Implement promotional campaigns and POS (point-of-sale) materials.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and merchandising KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in merchandising, sales, or retail (3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit multiple stores daily.
- Physical stamina (lifting up to 20kg, standing for long periods).
