Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders to build long-term business partnerships.
- Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals to convert prospects into customers and drive sales volume growth .
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and conduct product training sessions to educate and influence buying decisions.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market developments to recommend effective sales strategies.
- Identify business opportunities and upsell relevant products and solutions to existing and potential clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM and sales journals.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events to expand brand visibility and generate leads .
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
- Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in showroom operations and client consultations when required.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum tertiary education preferred, with at least 3 years of B2B experience.
- Passionate about the architectural and interior design industries with a desire to learn and grow within a cutting-edge company. Relevant experience in the interior surfaces industry or a similar field would be advantageous.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and actively participate in team activities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Candidates with greater experience will be evaluated for consideration in a Senior Executive role .
