Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team . You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our products/services in a competitive market. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-driven, and possesses a strong understanding of the local business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow new business opportunities across Singapore
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital channels
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g. marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless customer experience
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking sessions as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in ( financial and banking products)
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s business culture and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Financial or a related field preferred
