Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to the business development team, including quotations and purchase order processing
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and coordinate with internal departments for order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and follow-up to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders and service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in any field, with good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage Customer-oriented, independent, and a strong team player
