Your Focus

As a Scent Ingredients Sales Support your primary responsibility is to assists the sales team in managing client relationships, processing orders, and providing technical and logistical support related to fragrance ingredients.

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of fragrance ingredients.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and pricing.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, product samples, and marketing materials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s scent ingredient portfolio and industry trends.
• Track and report sales metrics and customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.
• Collaborate with R&D to provide technical information and support for custom scent development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards for fragrance ingredients.

• Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service experience in a B2B environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
