About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our growing team in Singapore. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and sales. The selected candidate will support our business development team with activities such as cold calling, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers in target markets
- Perform cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach efforts to generate leads
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
- Learn and develop understanding of our services, products, and client value propositions
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related IT/Engineering discipline
- MBA in Marketing (completed)
- Eligibility:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in building a career in IT/Tech sales
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of technology and business solutions
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client objections
