About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Vice President to lead business development and client management efforts across international markets. The role requires not only strategic leadership in sales but also strong industry connections and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. As this position involves frequent engagement with clients across Greater China and other Chinese-speaking markets, proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Leverage existing industry networks and client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships by understanding client business objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor market and competitor trends, providing insights and strategies for growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with product development and business priorities.
- Contribute to product and service innovation through client feedback and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 15 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in technology or digital infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, building scalable sales strategies, and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working in global or regional organizations with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin , in addition to English, to engage effectively with clients and partners in Mandarin-speaking markets.
