Salon Manager (Hair Care)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Overseeing daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising salon staff, including stylists and support staff.
• Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling feedback and complaints, and implementing service recovery procedures.
• Sales and Marketing: Promoting salon services, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets.
• Financial Management: Managing salon finances, including tracking sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintaining Standards: Ensuring salon cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Client Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing advice on hair care and styling, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Training and Development: Providing in-salon training to stylists, ensuring consistent service standards, and identifying opportunities for staff development.

In the context of hair loss treatment, the manager may also be responsible for:

• Client Consultation: Conducting consultations with clients to assess their hair loss concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Progress Tracking: Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
