Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate data migrated from EAMS to SAP.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and application support during the migration process.
- Execute testing and validation of the SAP Plant Maintenance module post-migration.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Viatris team members on SAP usage and best practices.
- Assist users with routine application issues and provide guidance to ensure effective usage.
- Liaise with interfacing system users and support teams on support requests and system enhancements.
- Coordinate and assist in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving application-related problems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues reported by users.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on SAP applications to ensure system integrity.
- Assist with server maintenance, including system access control, backups, patching, and health monitoring.
- Support application testing, deployment, and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP application support, particularly in the Plant Maintenance module.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to train and support end-users.
- Experience in system monitoring, maintenance, and user support.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting EAMS to SAP migration.
- Understanding of SAP interfacing systems and integration points.
- Technical knowledge in system administration and server support activities.
