Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Singapore Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HCM/HR solutions, ensuring seamless payroll processing, and bridging functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to SAP HR/HCM modules, particularly Payroll (Singapore localization) .
- Design and implement ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) within SAP HR modules.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP HCM solutions.
- Customize and configure SAP HR and Payroll modules to meet business needs.
- Handle SAP Payroll schemas, rules, and time management integrations.
- Support payroll processing cycles, including pre- and post-payroll activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP payroll issues in coordination with business users.
- Conduct system testing, documentation, and end-user training as required.
- Participate in HR system upgrades, migrations, and support packages.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of SAP ABAP HR experience .
- Strong Singapore Payroll functional and technical knowledge.
- Proficient in ABAP programming in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, PT).
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Schemas and Rules , Wage Type configuration, and PCRs.
- Ability to debug, analyze, and optimize ABAP code in the context of HR/Payroll.
- Understanding of time evaluation and integration with payroll .
- Experience working with HR Infotypes, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, and LSMWs .
- Good communication skills to interact with business and IT stakeholders.
