Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors (modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Recruiting, Workzone ).
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops , document functional specifications, and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client requirements and best practices.
- Provide guidance on process design, gap analysis, and change management .
- Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with global teams on large-scale transformation projects.
- Support business development : respond to RFPs, create proposals, and present value proposition to clients.
- Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience:
- Manager level: 5–8+ years of experience, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations .
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors module certifications (Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, LMS, etc.) preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- Languages: Fluent English (both spoken and written).
