Job Description & Requirements
- Involve in the installation of new Equipment’s during plant expansion.
- Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.
- Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- SCADA Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed reports.
- Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in SCADA developments and Maintenance
- Familiar with Automation and Control engineering
- Strong Knowledge in Siemens PLC S7-400 CPU and redundant system configuration
- Strong knowledge in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system
- Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
- Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.
- On call support during and after office hours.
