- Build rapport and meaningful connections with customers and offer expert advices on scalp and hair health.
- Mentor team members and grow together by providing training and guidance.
- Lead by example and collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive both individual and team success through exceptional service and results.
- Take ownership of outlet operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, technologies.
- Keep informed of all promotions offered by outlets from time to time.
- Handle the required outlet administrative work.
- Support your teammates when they need you the most e.g. knowledge sharing and duty coverage.
- Represent our brand with pride as a trusted Ambassador of the Company.
- Take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.
Who we are looking for:
- Possess working experience as a Scalp Consultant.
- Good customer service and service oriented.
- Passion for scalp and hair care and customer well-being.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A team player with a proactive, positive and can-do mindset!
- Possess administrative experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-pace environment.
- Consultants who possess Trichology Certification is a bonus.
