Make an Impact by:
Commercialization Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the end-to-end commercialization strategy for AI and Agentic AI use cases, including go-to-market planning, pricing models, packaging, and licensing.
- Identify opportunities to turn internal AI solutions into external market offerings (AI-as-a-Service).
- Build business cases for high-potential use cases and drive stakeholder alignment across product, commercial, legal, and technology functions.
Value Realization Leadership
- Partner with AIDA squads and business domains to co-develop value tracking frameworks aligned to each of the 6+1 Value Pools.
- Drive systematic measurement and realization of business value (cost savings, productivity, CX uplift, revenue growth, etc.) from deployed AI solutions.
- Facilitate continuous iteration and improvement to maximize ROI.
Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead strategic collaborations with hyperscalers, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate commercialization and value co-creation.
- Identify and engage strategic customers, partners, or sectors where Singtel-developed AI capabilities can be adopted at scale.
- Define licensing or co-development models to extend platform reach.
Innovation Governance & Enablement
- Establish guardrails and governance processes for responsible AI monetization, aligned with Group AI policies and ethical frameworks.
- Design innovation operating models that balance exploration with accountability for impact.
- Champion a commercialization mindset within AIDA and across the organization.
Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
- Represent Singtel in forums and engagements that shape AI commercialization narratives regionally.
- Author strategic papers, playbooks, and reference models for AI value capture.
Skills for Success:
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or data sciences.
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, business development, AI/analytics, or technology commercialization roles.
- Proven track record of launching data/AI-based products or services from idea to revenue.
- Prior experience in a start-up or intrapreneurial role.
- Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks and responsible AI principles.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML product lifecycle, platform economics, and enterprise go-to-market models.
- Experience in telco, enterprise software, cloud, or platform business models preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong commercial instinct.
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
- Outcome-driven, structured, and adaptable in navigating complexity.
