Job Description
- To conduct patrols and monitoring activities on the hotel's premises regularly to ensure the environment is safe and secure.
- Report to the relevant departments regarding defects or problem areas observe during daily patrol.
- To respond to any alarms in the hotel by investigating and assessing the situation.
- Inspect and ensure that all Fire Exit and locking device are in good working condition.
- Ensure that there is smooth flow of traffic at the driveway and ensure cars do not park haphazardly.
- Respond to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow up with security investigations when necessary.
- Accompany the Front Desk Staff whilst investigating irregularities in guest rooms and public areas when required.
- Monitor CCTV cameras to observe for any suspicious activities and guests.
- Record daily activities inside Security Log Book
- Deployment and supervision of Security Officers(s).
- Monitor the ex-change Pass for Delivery
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Management
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of security protocols.
- Physically fit
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Attention to detail
- Possesses a valid Security Officer License.
- Able to perform shift work
- Analytical, tactful and independent
