Job Profile Summary:
The Segment Manager of High Net Worth and Affluent Segments is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and profitability for the High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent segments. This individual will lead initiatives to develop and execute plans targeted at specific segments/ personas to achieve business objectives.
Job Description:
- Segment Management: Oversee the performance of various customer segments and develop strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement segment strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. This includes setting segment goals, identifying opportunities for growth, and monitoring performance against these goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors within the segment. This includes understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives targeted at the segment.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with Distribution to identify partnerships and opportunities for lead generation to support segment/persona growth.
- VAS Programmes: Develop a robust value-added services programme to support segment needs to drive customer engagement and stickiness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze segment data to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and segment performance. Use these insights to inform strategy development and decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure that segment strategies are aligned with and support overall company objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
