Our client, a leading semiconductor manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst - Costing professional to join their existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to improve gross margin performance by setting targets and tracking results in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee inventory and headcount planning while managing key OPEX drivers.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of monthly results, comparing performance against forecasts and providing actionable insights.
- Lead the monthly forecasting process for manufacturing expenses, product costs, COGS, and production inventory.
- Support ad hoc financial projects, including scenario planning, simulations, and complex financial modeling.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, including SOX regulations. Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to align strategies and share best practices across operations.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of relevant costing and accounting experience within the manufacturing industries.
- Possess good analytical and accounting skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to multiple tasks, and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Possess the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively as a team member and embrace challenging tasks with a high level of complexity.
