We are looking for a dynamic team member with a keen sense of business acumen to join us! You will oversee and coordinate the activities of sales promoters to achieve sales growth within Sony in Singapore.
What you will be doing
- Manage the entire hiring process of sales promoters including selection, determining benefits and employment policies with promoter agency.
- Lead and motivate sales promoters to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Plan and coordinate training programmes to enhance sales promoters’ product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and demonstrations at shopfront and roadshow events.
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and to communicate products’ key selling propositions.
- Build rapport with relevant external stakeholders to enhance retailer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, control expenses and prepare reports for management meeting.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
What you should have
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales-related roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and proactiveness to propose changes and innovative ideas.
