Report to the Team Leader/Manager as indicated in the organizational chart. Accountable for managing and overseeing technical issues, ensuring quality execution, and supervising site activities.
Scopes: The comprehensive tasks and obligations encompass, but are not restricted to, the subsequent:
Skilled in utilizing Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and additional BIM/CAD applications.
Oversee all architectural and structural modeling, technical drawings/details, and documentation utilizing BIM software.
Collaborate with all project coordinators from various disciplines to ensure the project's delivery.
Oversee internal collaboration by organizing timetables and updating subcontractor models.
Collaborate with all stakeholders, including subcontractors and consultants, to resolve and tackle technical problems.
Create and manage drawings from the BIM (Revit) model and guarantee correct data delivery to all stakeholders involved.
Make certain that the specific timelines for drawing creation and site advancement are adhered to.
In quality management, the coordinator is tasked with completely executing the quality recordings, conducting result analyses, and developing action plans for ongoing enhancement.
Good understanding of BIM modeling, BIM execution, and BIM data transfer.
Make sure BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) are adhered to.
Tasks as directed by the PM that are essential for the project's implementation.
Specifications
Diploma in Architecture / Engineering / Construction-associated disciplines.
Preference will be given to the BCA Trained BIM course. Experience in HBD will be favored.
Required multi-disciplines: Architectural, Structural, and MEP.
At least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for BIM modeler.
At least 5 years of experience required for the BIM coordinator position
