We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst, who can understand Business’s needs and deliver future proven solutions to support Business growth and achieve company objectives. They will be supporting the IT Project Manager / IT Delivery Leader in delivering the project plan on time and budget.

- Understand systems and business process flow, identify business needs and determine ideal business flow and opportunities for improvement.
- Understand business products in order to participate in discussions with business product owners.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business and IT processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Work with business product owners to prioritize initiatives.
- Understand data flow and logical data structure, provide suggestions on solutions design.
- Design future process models and build system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed story points.
- Ensure requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage user acceptance testing and user demo to obtain business product owner acceptance and signoff.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field required
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Good team player, open-minded and keen to learn
- Solid business acumen and critical thinking
- Data schema design and systems design thinking
- Experience and/or knowledge of Agile or Waterfall SDLC
- Experience within Insurance Industry
